Fore Evan began three years ago when Evan's Dad's school reached out to help a very sick two year old diagnosed with Mitochondrial Encephalomyopathy. Three years later, Evan continues to defy the most dire predictions for his health but every day is a battle and a miracle for him and his family.

Fore Evan has provided support and inspiration for Evan and his family. In the last year, Fore Evan has helped Evan to start school, begin to use a wheel chair, have extensive oral surgery, and allowed him to benefit from many therapies including Evans two favorite - horse riding therapy and adaptive aquatics.
